Technical
This glass is specially manufactured for Wood burning & Multi fuel stoves & Gas fires. It will withstand temperatures in excess of 600°C. It will get very hot and will burn you if touched during operation.
It will not break with heat – There is no guarantee on any of our heat resistant glass. It will break like normal glass if subjected to mechanical damage or over tightening of the retaining clamps. The bolts or screws need to be finger tight only.
The Glass may craze or discolor when subjected to certain types of fuels.
Do not use fire cement.
Always use the correct rope seals.

Returns
We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
